I figured I might as well get the CASP while I was at it- I'm working on that now. I studied when I went out of town for the weekend. I took a couple of days of work to study more. Mostly, I studied for a couple of hours each day. The Internetwork Defense practice exam is exactly that kind of test. They require you to be able to take all of that information and apply it to the specific scenario they are asking about. This is certainly useful but none of the exam questions are like that at all. Most of the practice questions I used were simply to confirm that one understood the facts associated with that topic. Unfortunately, the 5+ weeks to certification were really frustrating because I was wondering if something was wrong. I was sure I failed but when I went to collect my stuff I was pleasantly surprised to see that I'd passed. At question 100, I got the long pause and it booted me out. The rest required me to sit and study the question and the answers over and over and try to figure out the best least crappy answer. Of the 95 questions, I think I was relatively positive of the answer on only a handful. On question 95 or so, I was sure that I'd bombed the test. Its a good app for use on the go.Īround question 75, I started expecting it to fail me on out of the exam.
